A little education, a lot of coffee, and a ton of fun! ☕️ We recently welcomed Nick from Wonderstate Coffee for a hands-on training with our team. From digging deeper into our roast varieties to honing our brewing processes, we spent the day learning, tasting, brewing, and enjoying some time together. Afterward, our crew visited our neighbors at Sota Scoops to celebrate with some tasty treats. Thanks again, Nick !

In St. Peter, we have a lovely curated selection of organic w**es from small, family-run producers. They all have a story- some come from lesser-known regions that celebrate witches, some from hundred-year-plus matriarch lines, some from small family producers that have done the work to become B corp certified.

Our newest addition is our lineup of canned w**es, which are unique and delicious (my favorites are the orange w**e and the sparkling!)…They are a great choice for someone who wants to enjoy a glass of w**e in the cafe or to take and sip on later while enjoying music in the park.

This Thursday & Friday we’re excited to feature locally made baked goods from Stone Hearth Farm & Garden. This delicious sourdough is crafted with care by farmers Caitlyn & John Wiederhoeft.

Their farming philosophy is rooted in sustainability, regenerative practices, and leaving the land better for future generations. From the soil they grow in to the pollinators they protect, their products reflect a deep care for the environment and community.

Today, we celebrate the birthday of a real River Rock classic, Katie Aho. 🤍

There’s something inspiring about the way Katie moves through the world, meeting every challenge with calm clarity and a “we’ll figure it out” kind of confidence that somehow always proves true. She has this gift for seeing people, really seeing them, and making them feel cared for in a way that lingers long after they leave. Whether she’s hosting like it’s her own home, guiding our team with grace and wit, or quietly holding everything together behind the scenes… Katie is a huge part of what makes River Rock feel the way it does.

If you’ve ever felt that warmth, that ease, that sense of being taken care of here, there’s a good chance Katie had something to do with it.
