Just south of Courtland, MN, you'll find this charming vineyard offering delicious wines and a thoughtfully curated menu. It’s an ideal spot for weddings, rejuvenating yoga sessions, or laid-back jazz concerts — all enjoyed with a glass of local wine in hand.

You’ll also find a selection of treats from us on their menu, including RRKB's famous River Monster Cookies, delicate Macaroons, and hearty Seeded Buckwheat Bread.

One of our all-time favorites? The classic Sourdough Loaf.

It all starts with Luna, our beloved sourdough starter, carefully nurtured twice a day. From there, we bulk ferment the dough to let it rise and develop structure before it’s divided and shaped.

Next comes an overnight cold proof, a slow fermentation in the fridge that deepens the flavor and creates that signature sourdough tang.

And the final key? We bake it fresh daily, so every loaf is as flavorful and crusty as it should be.

Today, we’re giving a giant shout-out to our friends at Getaway Motor Cafe

We've been proud partners since they opened in 2021, and it's been nothing short of awesome. You can find some of our favorites there—Cinnamon Rolls, Quiche, Turkey Melts, and Sweet Breads—alongside incredible eats from local bakers, chefs, and food trucks.

We’re getting the band back together again!

Montana and I have been doing grain-y things together for a long time, at least 10 years, and we keep finding cool new things to do.

So although it’s been a little while since I’ve made a flour delivery to River Rock Kitchen & Baking Company, today’s the day. And this is a special one.
