We wanted to share a little more information about what pupusas are! Pupusas are a traditional dish from El Salvador made with corn flour (masa) and filled with a variety of our savory, freshly prepared fillings such as cheese, beans, pork (chicharrón), and much more!

Our Salvadoran-style chicharron is similar to carnitas in texture and flavor.

Pupusas are served with curtido, a pickled cabbage slaw, and our house-made salsa, available in mild only.
