Hello treat lovers! Long time no talk. I haven't been active here in business as I have spent the last year and almost a half now healing a Traumatic brain injury 😳
I am feeling ready to get back into my baking and get creative now!
So once the kitchen finishes being remodeled, you all can expect me to get back in the swing of things with a weekly menu and weekend pickups of treats!

Our Maple Pumpkin Custard is a decadent treat indeed.

First, we take organic pumpkin puree and sweeten it with 100% pure maple syrup. Then, mix it with the perfect blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves allspic, ginger plus (surprise) even coriander and lemon juice to add a warm, aromatic, slightly citrusy flavor. 🤌 *muah*
Next, cooked over low heat it is thickened with aquafaba and tapioca flower to create the custard consistency and texture.
Finally, we pour it in a beautiful glass jar and top it all of with a thick and fluffy whipped coconut cream.

Gluten free, refined sugar free to keep the glycine index low. Pictured is our vegan option. We also offer non vegan, baked with egg.

With no preservatives and no additives, this treat will last in your fridge for up to 5 days.
Now that's a holiday sweet to get excited about! We have 8oz and 16oz jars available for purchase now!

BEHOLD!
The Awakened Bakers favorites, and a take on a few holiday dessert classics.
The Pecan Pie Bars are as good as gold.
A little almond flour and maple syrup shortbread topped with pecans caramelized in coconut sugar, could never hurt.
In fact, ask your body.
Maybe what we bake, is all systematic.
All a plan to make sure you don't have to sacrafacice any deliciousness this year.
And OH MY OH DEAR, what else do we have?
The Maple Pumpkin Custard topped with whipped coconut cream...
This must be a dream!
Don't think we forgot about the chocolate either!
Because our Salted Dark Chocolate Walnut and Date Fudge undergoes quite the procedure.
The ingredients being chopped and spun in the food processor so fast.
Creating the most chewy consistency.
It's clear to see that you could eat it all. You buy to share with family, but it might not last.
Never fear, we will use two processors now.
Having fun, the two will race.
