SUMMER SWEETNESS 2026 | SAVE THE DATES🍦✨

The Summer of Sweetness is back for 2026! We have a schedule of fun and delicious events planned for the summer.

We'll have special days featuring ice cream pints, cupcakes, throwback cakes (Gianduja and Opera Cakes anyone?!?) and jams & pastries. Ice cream socials will also return and for the first time ever we are having a refill bulk discount day! It will all culminate with a chocolate themed fashion show with one of a kind merchandise to celebrate our 19 year anniversary.

Stay tuned for classes and tasting offerings to be announced for this summer! 🤭

Events will take place as indicated at our Midtown Sacramento and Folsom shops.

What I have been up to so far this year…
And not in this order…
I’ve been allowing myself about 5 minutes of social media a day, picking up more books, strengthening the foundation of GEC (behind the scene), figuring out what I want to do when I grow up, putting my hands in soil and so much more.
• I’ve been working on redesigning the look of our amazing house pasteurized soft serve ice cream. I’ve taken a macaron cookie and smashed it between a waffle cone iron…. More to come!
•Grieving the sudden loss of my Father a few weeks ago. It’s been extremely sad, but I’m finding much inspiration in his entrepreneurial spirit. Missing him so much but haven’t really wanted to share much about it. I’m wearing hardhat in the first picture.
• Launching summer of sweetness, 2026! It’s gonna be amazing including a fashion show for our 19th anniversary this October!!!
• Watching my new 1/4 acre orchard bloom and Connor and I have been landscaping! Big job! Big garden to come!
• I’ve been experimenting with high protein/intentional, crackers, snacks, and desserts in my home kitchen.
• I had a blast in Barcelona and ate my way through it finding endless inspiration from the art and the food everywhere!
• Went to the desert! WOW!
• Celebrated all my kids birthdays and my nieces graduation!
