Fat Cat Bakery is looking for a full-time food service professional in the Sacramento, CA area to join our bakery team. We are hiring a Bakery Associate/Mixer to assist with production of Scone Dough, Cookie Dough, Muffin Batter plus baked Cookies, Scones, Muffins and Bars. The Bakery Associate/Mixer will work in a fast-moving production kitchen, on the mixing lines, and will assist with other departments through a variety of stages; mixing, portioning, baking and packaging. The Mixer must be a strong person capable of lifting 50-pound bags of flour/sugar throughout the day. Attention to detail, weighing and mixing ingredients, using basic math skills is of critical importance as is following the company’s strict COVID protocols. Starting at $15.00/hour plus benefits.
