Today’s farm-to-table moment looked a little different… instead of pulling a loaf of sourdough from the oven, I was milking the goats! 🐐🌿

There’s just something special about walking out to the barn, doing things the old-fashioned way, and bringing a little bit of the farm into the kitchen. 🤎

Fresh from our chickens here at the farm! 🐔🥚

Our eggs are unwashed so the natural protective bloom is left intact. Because our girls free-range and spend plenty of time outside, some eggs may have a little dirt, mud, or chicken coop mess on the shell. That’s just part of getting truly farm-fresh eggs! 🌱🐓

I do not wash the eggs before selling them because washing removes the natural bloom. If needed, simply clean the shell right before use.
