I am so excited to announce that I am now offering sourdough cookies! Slightly fermented to be easier to digest, crunchy on the edges, and gooey in the middle. Available for pre order at both pickup locations on Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday. Flavors offered are sugar, chocolate chip, and oatmeal raisin. 2 pack and half dozen come in single flavors. Dozens come in single flavor or assortment of your choice.

Sourdough cinnamon rolls were a huge hit this holiday season, and I have loved sharing them with you guys. This recipe is one I created on my own several years ago and I’m excited to incorporate it into my routine. Thank you so much for all of your support as I started up in 2025. In our own home we do our best to choose the highest quality ingredients as much as we can, and I know many of you try to do the same. I was able to find a higher quality flour without having to raise my prices. As of tomorrow all products will be made with organic all purpose instead of unbleached bread flour. I thought it was finally time to introduce myself!
My name is Anna Grace, and I’m the owner and baker behind The Rising Basket. I have a wonderful husband and three beautiful children. I’ve had a love for baking for as long as I can remember. I come from a family where the kitchen has always been our favorite place to gather and where our best memories were made. I began teaching myself the art of sourdough when I first got married, selling an extra loaf here and there. I never imagined it would grow into what it is today. I’m so grateful the Lord opened the door for something I love to become such a blessing to my family.

So grateful for everyone following and supporting my journey!
