The Rossford community is really coming together for su***de prevention and I’m here for it. I’m not ready to share our families story, but check out Rossford Nutrition’s story, and their drink to donate.💜
💜💙 SEPTEMBER — SU***DE PREVENTION AWARENESS MONTH 💙💜
This is a post that is very personal for me, but I’ve decided that sharing part of my story may help someone else realize they are not alone.
Most people know me as the owner of Rossford Nutrition — the person behind the counter making drinks, smiling, encouraging others, running a business, and trying to bring positive energy into our community.
What many people don’t know is that I live with PTSD, and there have been times in my life when I have struggled with suicidal thoughts.
I’ve never been very public about that part of my story, but this month I want to be.
Mental health struggles don’t always have a certain look. Someone can smile, work, take care of their family, help others and still be fighting battles that nobody else can see.
And that is exactly why we created something very special at Rossford Nutrition this September:
💜💙 THE “STILL HERE” ENERGY BOMB 💙💜
The name means something to me.
Still here. Still fighting. Still moving forward.
Throughout September, $1 from every Still Here Energy Bomb sold will be donated to support su***de prevention and mental health awareness.
We’re taking it one step further — 100% of ALL CASH TIPS received at Rossford Nutrition during September will also be donated. 💜
For me, this is about so much more than a drink or a fundraiser. It’s about starting conversations. It’s about checking on the people around us. It’s about reminding someone who may be struggling that their life has value and that asking for help is okay.
If sharing part of my own journey helps even one person keep going, reach out, or realize they aren’t alone, then it is worth sharing.
💜 You matter.
💙 You are loved.
💜 Your story isn’t over.
💙 Keep going.
Come grab a Still Here Energy Bomb this September and help Rossford Nutrition give back to a cause that is very close to my heart.
If you or someone you know is struggling or experiencing a suicidal or mental health crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.
Still Here. 💜💙 And proud to say it.
