Owner Earnest Simpson brings nearly 20 years of culinary experience to downtown, with a background spanning everything from casual favorites to fine dining and pizza pubs. After operating his popular food truck for more than three years, Earnest has taken the next exciting step by opening his first brick-and-mortar location beside Cedar & Smoke Ci**rs.
One of the things that makes EVO Ghost Kitchen unique is its ever-changing menu. Rather than offering the same dishes year-round, Earnest rotates themed menus inspired by the seasons and holidays. Guests can look forward to concepts like Asian Fest, Irish Week, Italian favorites, Burger Week, and many more creative offerings throughout the year.
Earnest’s passion is taking simple, familiar foods and elevating them with high-quality ingredients, refined cooking techniques, and his own creative twist.
🕒 Hours:�• Wednesday & Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM�• Friday & Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Orders are available for walk-up service, takeout, and delivery through DoorDash. Menu boards are posted outside the restaurant, and printed menus are also available.
Looking ahead, EVO Ghost Kitchen plans to continue enhancing the space with additional outdoor seating, lighting, and new signage.
