Some cakes are more than dessert—they tell a story.

Through conversations and emails with Abigail Baggett, the idea for this cake gradually took shape: a recreation of a vase her mother had handcrafted. Created for her mom's birthday, this German chocolate cake with vanilla icing was inspired by a treasured piece and the memories connected to it.

It was a pleasure to create something so personal, and we are incredibly grateful to have been trusted with such a meaningful celebration.
