We use real vanilla, sourced from Madagascar, to ensure the best quality and finest flavor in your pies.

Today, less than 1 percent of vanilla flavoring comes from the vanilla flower. Is that a good thing?

I get it. Pie from a mix? How can that taste like homemade?

For 11 years I sold pies at a roadside stand in my driveway. When my husband suggested that I create a baking mix, so people could make their own sugar cream pie at home, I got to work.

I made my way through lots of different ingredients, tested variations of cooking and baking methods and had friends and family taste testing all along the way. I had finally created a mix that created a pie that was just as delicious as the pie I had been serving to customers all of those years.

Rolling Pin Bakehouse has a wonderful baking mix that is simple enough for a child to prepare and delicious enough for even the most discerning palate.
