50% of proceeds from this month’s baked good cause will benefit a super generous coworker that my sister nominated.

“Paige is one of the most self-less women I know. She’s always willing to pitch in and help anyone in need. She has amazing work ethic and overall such great integrity & is a pleasure to work with. She is a single mom to 3 sons (16,9,4) who is doing all she can to raise them up right. Unfortunately their father has recently left and has made it difficult for her to make ends meet at times. 3 growing boys eat a lot! I would like to bless her with something extra to help cover the needs and spread some happiness, joy and the love of the Lord to her family. Happy first day of fall! The weather isn’t exactly on board yet but we are hopping right into some fall baking and decorating regardless to get in the mood! I’m posting this early to let everyone know that next weekend is the Riverview city-wide garage sale and we will have some goodies out to sell individually as well as what is posted below!

This months (baked) Good Cause will be helping out a momma friend named Kate who had a tragic tumble down an escalator trying to save her baby from falling and in turn tore her hamstring off the bone - of which the first surgical repair ended with an infection necessitating a second today. 😞 She will be off her feet for atleast 3 months and the funds will help go towards medical bills / meals during her recovery.

Happy Groundhog Day! I know we all got some bad news today ❄️ 🥶 but I’m coming on here to shed a little bit of joy in the midst of any winter blues. It’s been a minute dealing with some health issues, and on my healing journey I have been needing to avoid wheat & grains! Y’all know how my cookies taste so its been best to keep the #1 temptation out of the house. 🫣

Buttttt I’m back with the best gluten free + grain free + sugar free recipe for chocolate chip cookies to combat any cravings for the traditional, real-deal World’s Best. I finally have the confidence & will power to bake those other goodies for you without taste testing the extras. 🥳

Annnnnnnd, some super fun news: I’ve made up some ORGANIC ELDERBERRY SYRUP KITS to share as well. I don’t know about ya’ll, but we are not interested in catching every virus that comes our way and elderberry is one of the best foods to keep you healthy and dramatically shorten it when you do catch a cold/flu.

For $18 you’ll get a DIY kit to prepare 24 oz (3 whole cups) of elderberry syrup. This is wayyy cheaper than buying it prepared (Normally $20/4oz). Just add water, boil for 45 minutes and sweeten with raw honey for additional health protection & thickening.
