We have been a family owned and operated business for the last 30 years. Our parents went into business for themselves when we were children by starting a pizzeria/restaurant in Roseville back in 1985. They sacrificed much time, sweat and tears to get the business up and running. Eventually, moving to a better location and closer to home, Lincoln Park (Baffo's Pizza) became downriver's landmark fo
r a great Pizza because of Mamma's desire to make everything HOMEMADE. Thanks to Mamma's fresh idea we started making "Baffo Rolls" as a side business, and selling them to local school events and eventually to local stores....after repeated requests and orders, we realized that it became an instant success and we sold everything and finally ending up with a completely different business in Riverview as Baffos Enterprises Incorporated (AKA- Baffo Rolls)...nearly 20 years later we are currently serving a good portion of the Mid-West with high hopes of expanding our contracts nationwide. Thank you to God #1 for always keeping us in the palm of HIS hand and Thank you to our Parents for their sacrifice many years ago as well as their sacrifice today.

If you come into our lobby, please know upfront that we may not have your favorite Baffo in stock due to a lack of employees but rest assured we are doing all we can to keep up with the demand!

We appreciate the continued understanding and support from the community, we are working as hard and long as we can to produce what we need to fill contracts and keep everyone happy. If you recently have stopped in to purchase your favorite Baffo and were suprised to hear that we didnt have your particular product or didnt have any to sell, please dont be discouraged or disappointed, we are working as hard as possible to keep up with the demand but finding employees like so many other businesses globally is a very real challenge. It is heart breaking how some will discredit us based off of 1 visit where they couldnt find what they were looking for or the door was locked. We ask for your continued understanding as we manuever through these tough times. We are working hard and doing our best to accomodate everyone. It is the first time in our 40 year history that we had to start closing the lobby because of lack of product to sell. PLEASE be patient, we are in the middle of a global pandemic and life as we all know it has shifted in ways that no one was ready for.
