i just bought these food safe deli containers off Amazon and they’re AMAZING!!! Idk why I didn’t purchase them before 🤦🏼‍♀️ but alas, getting ahead of my measuring will hopefully save me soooooo much time 🙏🏼

DITL of a sourdough micro bakery owner making more than just sourdough bread ✨👩🏼‍🍳

This week was a bit different in my bakery. If you’re new here, I usually park my converted horse trailer on the side of the road every Saturday morning & sell my sourdough and baked goods. But this week the temps in SoCal were 🥵 to say the least…

So…I launched pre-orders using an app called Hotplate & told my customers about it last week. I ended up getting 13 orders 🙏🏼

It was a lot smaller of a week than I’m used too, but I am so grateful to my customers for continuing to show up for me 🤍

📍I’m located in Riverside CA. I park my trailer every Saturday (unless I’m out of town) from 8-11am. Exact location can be found on my stories or in my highlights. New dates for each month are posted in my bio so you know when I’ll be out selling. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions!

how to cut & freeze your sourdough bread 🍞 comment “KNIFE” and I’ll send you the link to the knife I’m using. It’s seriously the best bread knife I’ve found & it’s reasonably priced 🔪✨

I don’t bother putting parchment in between each slice because I think it’s a waste and you don’t really need it.

Plsssss don’t ever let your sourdough bread go to waste because you left it on the counter too long. Some of my customers didn’t know they could freeze the bread, so I’m making this video to help show them they most certainly can & should!!!

this is what it looks like to make 45 loaves of sourdough bread in my in home micro bakery ✨💪🏼 a 10 hour work day on a random Thursday 🤍

this is what my capacity looks like right now. I used to overwhelm myself with doing as many as I could, but I noticed it was burning me out. 50 loaves a week is my max atm and I’m ok with it 🥹
