my everyday morning routine 29 weeks preggers 💪🏼 today was an off day in the bakery but there’s still lots of planning going on BTS 📝

only 2 more official bake days until I take my official leave for baby boy 💙

if you couldn’t tell…my #1 pregnancy craving has been 🍕🤤 but now I can’t have it because the heartburn is unreal and my esophagus feels like it’s on fire for the majority of the time 😢

anyway! Flashback to our time in Yosemite celebrating bb boy & our second honeymoon 🤍✨

Another INSANE 45 pre-order week!!! Truly overwhelmed with all the kindness my customers show me. Every week I get scared & y’all just show up for me like no other 🙏🏼🤍🤯✨

📍my sourdough bakery is located in Riverside CA. I’m taking pre-orders every other week in my bakery as I’m 29 weeks pregnant. I will only have two more official bakery pre-orders dates until I take maternity leave. Follow for more info!

i wasn’t going to post this because I’m embarrassed with how I look in the beginning. BUT the reality is…I mix my first batch of sourdough bread in my PJs & have my cup of tea (+ milk British style 🤭) while my first batch ferments in my mixer.

plus I’m 28 weeks preggers…not getting great sleep & riding the struggle bus with pregnancy carpal tunnel.

but I thought I would get over myself and post it anyway b/c nobody looks alive right in the morning & I’m sick of comparing myself to others on the inter webs 🤪

also, idk how people don’t look disheveled in the morning…it takes me at least an hour for my eyes to wake up. Anyone else? Pls make me feel better in the comments 😂😂

that’s it’s for my sob story! I hope you enjoy this little sourdough prep video. Did you catch the HUGE breath in the middle of the video? My feet were hurting lol

DITL as a sourdough & everything else micro bakery owner running a bakery from a guest room —> bakery room 👩🏼‍🍳

I try my best to prep as much as I can on Wednesdays as it gives me the whole day on Thursdays to focus on just sourdough bread. Getting a head is my one piece of advice I would give you if you’re looking to start a micro bakery 🙏🏼

📍I’m located in Riverside CA (Woodcrest) & take pre-orders almost every week. I’m starting to slow down a little bit as I’m 27 weeks preggers & my body is a bit tired.

are we having a boy or girl? 💙💕

this is what it looks like as a 23 week pregnant micro bakery owner prepping, baking, and packaging 300 cookies to a new local church 🍪🤍🙏🏼👩🏼‍🍳

it took me around 4ish hours to prep the cookies. It took me 4 hours to bake the cookies. And it took me around 3 hours to package the cookies.

My friend started a new church called Seasons Church in Cherry Valley CA ✨

If you’re local to that area pls go check it out!!! He’s doing amazing work for his community 🤍

the chronicles of the last 6 months preggers 🥹🤍🙏🏼

it’s WILD looking back at some of these pictures. feels almost like I didn’t live it or something.

we’re so excited for this next chapter. but most importantly we feel blessed baby is healthy and mamma is crushing it. shoutout to my INCREDIBLE husband George Katrib for helping me navigate the hard times. I couldn’t be doing any of this without him 🤍 he is one of a kind in so many ways.
