🎓 FLETCH’S SENIOR SEND-OFF — ZACH HARPER
We saved this one for last, and it’s definitely the hardest one to write.
Our weekends just won’t be the same without Zach Harper. For so long, you’ve been a part of our Saturdays and Sundays. It’s going to be hard getting used to weekends without you here.
Zach has been with Fletch’s from the very beginning. Back when we were just getting started, he was the kid riding his bike to work for a 6AM shift. As a senior, he took on even more responsibility, handling our 6:15 AM daily delivery every morning before heading to school.
That pretty much sums up Zach. Dependable, hardworking, and always willing to do whatever we needed. Over the years, we’ve watched him grow up right alongside Fletch’s, and somewhere along the way he became much more than an employee — he became part of our family.
To say Zach will be missed is an understatement. There are certain people who become part of what makes a place what it is, and for us, Zach is one of those people.
Now he’s trading Ridgefield mornings for San Diego sunshine as he heads to San Diego State University, where he’ll be majoring in Finance. 🌴🎓
Zach, thank you for the early mornings, the weekends, the deliveries, the hard work, the laughs, and most importantly, for being there with us from the start. We couldn’t be prouder of you, and we can’t wait to see what comes next.
San Diego is getting a great one. Let’s hope the west coast is ready for the ZARP.
