Sooo, I unfortunately won’t have any bagels this weekend 😩

The standmixer that is able to handle mixing them gave out on me and I already have carpal tunnel from hand mixing 50-70 loaves every week, so I’d rather not even try hand kneading bagels! lol. But I already have a spiral mixer coming next week to help ease the load so I should have them again next Saturday.

Need something cold and refreshing to beat the Ridgecrest heat while shopping around at the farmers market this weekend??

I will be offering ice cold lemon bars at the KTS Farmers Market this Saturday! 🍋🍋 they’re bright, tangy, with a buttery crust 😋 (no eggs in my recipe)

It’ll be a limited quantity so once they’re gone, they’re gone!

Its my first full year doing the markets and don’t know how we’re going to survive this summer! lol and I thought the freezing cold was bad! 🤣 but I’m grateful for the opportunity to be able to bring you guys real organic bread and sweets every week whether it’s 100 degrees, freezing cold or raining 💚
