After a lot of prayer, conversations, and looking honestly at our capacity… we’ve made a decision.
Cali’s Cottontail Café will be closing at the end of March.
This space will be in a transition that you'll just have to stay tuned for, but we personally will be stepping back as we pivot our full focus to Cali’s Cottage Bakery and the next season of growth there.
This wasn’t an easy call. We’ve loved serving you here. Truly.
What this means:
-The café will remain open through the last full week of March.
-Gift cards may still be used through closing day.
-Any unused gift cards can be applied to Cali’s Cottage Bakery after we close.
-We will not be selling new gift cards.
We’re incredibly grateful for every single customer who’s walked through these doors, ordered a latte, tried a special, or encouraged us along the way. You’ve helped shape this chapter. You've shared your stories, your burdens, your lives, and we've loved it all.
This isn’t the end of our cafe dreams — just a refocus for this season while our babies are little still. We absolutely see a future where bakery and café come together again in the right space and at the right time.
For now, we’re pouring our hearts into growing the bakery, expanding our offerings to better serve you there, and building something sustainable for our family long-term.
We’d love to see you in the café over the next few weeks — and even more excited to serve you through the bakery in this next chapter
