if you’ve noticed it’s been a little quiet around here… there’s a good reason.
i’ve been busy growing our newest little cookie! 👶🏻

this pregnancy has been such a blessing, but it’s come with a surprising aversion… baking and all things desserts 😭 as someone who thrives with baking, it’s been a strange season.

i’ve missed creating for you all more than you know! 🥹

for now, i’m soaking in this chapter while taking care of myself and baby. Kally’s Cookies isn’t going anywhere, she’s just taking a breather 🫶🏼

it was always my favorite flavor as a little girl, so when i started baking professionally, i knew she needed a forever spot on my menu 🫶🏼

fast forward a few years and somehow it ended up being my hubby’s favorite too 🥹 it was obvi meant to be 🙂‍↔️

golden and lightly crisp on the outside, soft and velvety on the inside, loaded with creamy white chocolate and buttery macadamia crunch in every bite

she’s a classic for a reason 💅🏼

My NYC cookie was born from a trip to New York in December 2025, where I made it my mission to try one of the most iconic cookies out there, the chocolate chip walnut from
One bite and I was completely inspired.

If you’ve been here since day one, you probably noticed my cookies started looking very different this year… thicker, chunkier, and a little more bold. This cookie is the reason why.

I went back to the kitchen determined to recreate that signature NYC-style texture and bring it to Kally’s Cookies. What started as one inspired flavor turned into a full recipe revamp.

Now all of my flavors share that same thick, chunky base you know and love with even more of that bakery-style goodness in every bite 🤍
