I know people have lots of choices on where to dine. I have been in this industry for over 45 years. My question is will they give you a back of the house tour? Most places have a clean bathroom - easy you see it. Do or would they let you see where you food is prepared ? And if they did would you go back? We here at the House of Bread take it seriously- this is day one of a three day deep clean. You can see a post about a month or so ago when we gutted and power washed the kitchen- this week it’s the bake area. We are proud of our A rating and even requested the city to have an A+ rating, As I send all these photos to our inspector. Thanks for your support of our locally owned clean business.
