I went a little crazy in the bakery yesterday 👀😆

The pastel de nata MEGA was created in the bakery yesterday.
Because why not?!!!🤣
When you find yourself tossing back a couple of pastel de natas because just ONE isn't cutting it, now you can say "I ONLY HAD ONE" and it's true!!

Tried something new today!
(Strawberry Rhubarb Upside Down Cake)
I planted rhubarb in the garden last year and this is the first year I've actually been able to harvest and eat it! So I've been trying to find creative ways to utilize this years yields. Had a little fun with this one creating a quilt pattern
