Tried something new today!
(Strawberry Rhubarb Upside Down Cake)
I planted rhubarb in the garden last year and this is the first year I've actually been able to harvest and eat it! So I've been trying to find creative ways to utilize this years yields. Had a little fun with this one creating a quilt pattern
