Happy LAST Friday of August!! 🌻🦋

…excuse me, WHEN did that happen?! I feel like summer just got here, and somehow we’re already soaking up the last few days of August!

The Hollow is open and we’ve got lots of fresh-baked goodies waiting for you this weekend! 💜🌼

I felt so bad that I didn’t get to the bagels last weekend, so I definitely made up for it this week! 🤦🏼‍♀️ I may have made what can only be described as a metric ton of them 🥯💜

And we have THREE sourdough bagel flavors this time!

The Honeycomb Churro Snack Mix and Cake Pops will be joining the fun a little later today! I quite literally ran out of counter space after the Great Bagel Takeover of August 2026, so they had to wait their turn. 😂

But please don’t forget to peek inside the fridge while you’re here! 👀✨ Our Sourdough Oatmeal Cream Pies are tucked away in there, along with the rest of our meltable goodies staying nice and cool during these warm summer days ☀️

🧁💜 A LITTLE MENU UPDATE! 💜🧁

Just a little heads-up before we open tomorrow!

We’re going to save our Espresso Brownie Cake Tubs for another weekend. With the warmer temperatures, our Sourdough Oatmeal Cream Pies will need a cozy spot in the refrigerator this weekend to prevent the yummy marshmallow cream center from melting, and they’ll be taking up just about all of the space we have available!

It’s just one of those little adjustments we occasionally have to make with our small farmstand, especially during the warmer months. 💜

The good news is that the rest of this weekend’s menu is still coming along beautifully, and there are LOTS of fresh goodies headed to the shelves tomorrow! Bagels are currently proofing 👀 and the first round of sourdough has just been mixed!

Thank you so much for always being so understanding when we need to make a little last-minute menu change. We’re incredibly grateful to have such a kind community surrounding our little Hollow 🥹💜

🍿✨ RESTOCK ALERT! ✨🥤

We’ve been doing a little upgrading around the Hollow!

After waiting on our twice-delayed popcorn kernels… followed by a once-delayed machine part 😂… I figured we might as well use the time to give our popcorn a little makeover!

🍿 Our popcorn now has its very own dedicated bags!!
