✨✨CUSTOM CAKE POLICIES✨✨
Every cake and any type of dessert is made from scratch and created with care. Please review the following policies before placing your order. This will also be attached with every inquiry beginning June 1, 2026!
✨Ordering & Payment✨
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order date.
• Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to pickup.
• Last-minute orders may be subject to an additional rush fee depending on availability.
✨Cancellations & Refunds✨
• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.
• If the original date no longer works, I am willing to work with you on a new date (if there is availability) and your deposit can be applied to the new date.
✨Design & Creative Freedom✨
• Inspiration photos are welcomed; however, cakes are never copied exactly.
• Simply Sweet by Randi reserves the right to use creative judgment when recreating designs.
• Minor variations in color, texture, and decoration may occur due to the handmade nature of custom desserts.
✨Pickup✨
• Once the order leaves my possession, liability is transferred to the customer.
• Cakes should be transported on a flat surface in a cool, air-conditioned vehicle.
• Simply Sweet by Randi is not responsible for damage caused after pickup.
✨Storage & Care✨
• Cakes should be kept refrigerated until serving unless otherwise instructed.
• Fondant and specialty decorations may react to heat and humidity.
• Best enjoyed within 2-3 days of pickup.
✨Allergens✨
• Products are made in a home kitchen that may process common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
• While precautions are taken, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
✨Servings✨
• Serving estimates are based on standard party-sized portions and may vary depending on how the cake is cut.
✨Photography✨
• Simply Sweet by Randi reserves the right to photograph completed orders and use images for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.
✨Communication✨
• Respectful communication is expected from both parties throughout the booking process.
• Harassment, aggressive behavior, or repeated disrespect may result in cancellation of the order without refund.
