Sleepy Sundays deserve a little more buttercream.

We’re popping up at KingsCountyBrewersCollective with ensaymadas, our calamansi-glazed cinnamon rolls, and freshly baked pandesal. It’s our only Brooklyn date this month, and we’d hate for you to hear about it over someone else’s pastry.

We’ve got a few new specials coming, too. We’ll share those this week.

The reviews are a good place to start, but this Sunday at Wild East Brewing Co. you can taste the pastries for yourself: Buko Pandan, Macapuno, and Ube Halaya ensaymadas, plus our Filipino cinnamon roll with calamansi glaze.

And they’re not all sweet: we’ve got chorizo pandesal rolls and Pizza Friday pastries on deck.

We’ll be there 1–5 PM. Pre-order at pandesal.nyc if there’s one you don’t want to miss.
