This Thursday (6/18), we’ll be at Roots & Roast Elixir Bar for preorder pickups and our weekly pop-up from 10AM–2PM ☕🥖

We’re trading our normal preorder schedule for a couple of exciting events. 🏞️🥖

Join us Friday 6/12 at the DaVinci Museum Grand Opening and Saturday 6/13 at the Pueblo Farmers Market! 🎉

⚠️ Reminder: Saturday will be our ONLY preorder pickup day this week.

And while we’re enjoying some time at Lake Pueblo, Michael is showing one of our favorite ways to enjoy our new Lemon Rosemary Loaf. 🍋🌿 Trust us, this loaf was made for summer.

Our Spring/Summer Country Loaf Collection starts this week.✨

One flavor each month, baked in small batches and only available in person at the farmers market.

🍋🌿We’re starting with Lemon Rosemary for June — bright, fragrant, and built on our classic dough with a little wheat for depth.
🥒🌿Dill Pickle arrives in July.
🫒🌿Fig & Olive in August.
And then all three return as a mini‑loaf variety pack to close out the season.

These loaves won’t appear in our Hotplate drop — they’re market‑only, first come, first served. So if you’re usually a Thursday‑pickup person, this is your sign to swing by and grab one before they’re gone!

A lot of you have asked how we chose the name Bessemer Bread Co., and today felt like the right day to share the story. This neighborhood, this history, this mill in our backyard — it’s all part of why we bake the way we do. ✨

We’re grateful every day that you’ve made space for us here, and even more grateful to be a small part of your tables on a day meant for remembering. 🇺🇸
