A lot of you have asked how we chose the name Bessemer Bread Co., and today felt like the right day to share the story. This neighborhood, this history, this mill in our backyard — it’s all part of why we bake the way we do. ✨

We’re grateful every day that you’ve made space for us here, and even more grateful to be a small part of your tables on a day meant for remembering. 🇺🇸

CLASSIC FETTUCCINE is here. 🍝

We’ve been quietly working on something new — and it’s finally ready.

Introducing our first-ever Sourdough Pasta, made with just four ingredients: durum semolina flour, water, salt, and our house sourdough starter.

The same starter behind every loaf, muffin, tortilla, and granola we make. ✨

Slow-dried for better texture and bite. Silky, sturdy, and made for dinner nights worth slowing down for.

We’ll have a small batch available at the farmers market tomorrow from 7:30–12 🌾 with preorders opening next week for anyone wanting to reserve a bag.

We’re excited to officially introduce the newest addition to the Bessemer Bread Co. lineup: our small-batch sourdough granola ✨

After weeks of testing recipes and flavors, we’re launching with 4 flavors:
🍁 Maple Cinnamon
🍊 Cranberry Orange
☕️ Chocolate Espresso
🍯 Honey Oat

Each bag contains 220g of crunchy, cluster-filled granola made with wholesome ingredients and our sourdough starter.

You can shop them in person for the very first time:
📍 Thursday 5/21 at Kava Colorado
📍 Saturday 5/23 at the Pueblo Farmers Market at Mineral Palace Park

Granola will not be available on our Hotplate storefront until Monday 5/25, so this week’s popups will be the exclusive first launch.
