On Monday, June 1, the Colorado Grain Chain is partnering with the Bread Bakers Guild of America for a full-day field trip exploring regional grains across Colorado’s Front Range.

From farm to bakery, attendees will get a behind-the-scenes look at how local grains move through the food system — and meet the farmers, millers, and bakers making it happen.
