Welcome to Angela’s Artisan Breads, a small home-based micro-bakery in Pueblo,CO

I specialize in naturally leavened sourdough breads, and handcrafted pastries using freshly milled, Colorado-grown grain in my breads. This brings the wonderful flavor and character of locally grown grain to each bake.

There is no assembly line and no mass production at Angela’s Artisan Breads. It is truly an artisan micro-bakery—one baker, carefully selected ingredients, long fermentation, and a great deal of respect for the craft.

From rustic sourdough loaves and sandwich breads to focaccia, croissants, babkas, cinnamon rolls, and other special bakes, everything you see in these photos was handcrafted in my kitchen.
