We will be giving away donations at Omenuko Cottage (329 Washington st) from 3pm-6pm today!
Up until now we've driven around dropping off donations to individuals and churches. Unfortunately this method doesn't scale well, and has officially become unsustainable. Moving forward we will be setting up to hand out donations directly from the Cottage porch once per week, as well as exploring options for local bulk donation.
We are open to suggestions. If you know of churches, food banks, or small businesses that would be able & willing to help us get food to those in need please comment or dm.
If you are someone looking to help please let us know. There are so many ways to support those struggling in our community. Every bit matters; from sharing our posts, to keeping Omenuko baked goods in your vehicle to personally hand out to folks in your area.
We are always available for pre-orders, as well as donations. (Details for donations in comments.)
