Life has thrown a few unexpected turns my way, and after a lot of thought, I’ve decided to step back from baking for now. This isn’t goodbye forever — just a pause. If and when I’m able to reopen, I’ll update this page and let you all know.

Life has thrown a few curveballs my way, and after a lot of reflection, I’ve made the difficult decision not to commit to any regular markets this year.

While I won’t be at my usual booths, this isn’t goodbye—it’s just a pause. I’ll be doing my best to pop up whenever I can, and you’ll always be able to order online anytime your sourdough cravings hit!

Your support means the world, and I’m so grateful to be part of your table—even if it looks a little different this season. Thank you for sticking with me.

Exciting Update: A Slight Change for a Better Fit!

Hey friends! I wanted to share a small but important update—all of my loaves will now be 850g instead of 950g, and I’ll also be offering a half-loaf option (500g) for $6!

Why the change? A couple of reasons:
✔️ Better fit for packaging – No more squeezing loaves into bags that don’t quite work! This new size is just right.
✔️ More bread for the market! With this adjustment, I’ll be able to bake even more loaves each week, meaning more of you can get your hands on fresh sourdough.

The same incredible flavors, the same long fermentation process, and the same love in every loaf—just a slightly more efficient size! Thank you for all your support, and I can’t wait for you to try them.

Today’s Grocery Store Swap: Homemade Cinnamon Sugar Pop-Tarts!

Ditching the boxed version for a homemade upgrade—flaky, buttery pastry filled with a warm cinnamon sugar center and topped with a perfectly sweet glaze. These were a huge hit, and honestly, I may never go back to store-bought!

✨ Dough Fetch Goes to School! ✨

Yesterday was such a special day—I had the opportunity to visit my son’s pre-K class and talk about how being a baker helps our community! We talked about fresh bread, farmers markets, and even got to explore some of the ingredients that go into making sourdough. The kids had some great questions (and some pretty creative bread flavor ideas! 😂).

To thank the families for welcoming me into their classroom, I’m offering a special discount for their first order—because every community is stronger with fresh, homemade bread! 🍞💛
