I am a retired RN and have a passion for baking and creating treats in my kitchen. I have been baking & cooking since the age of 4 when my Mom would not allow me to use the oven as I was too young, so she used to help when it came to the 'heat'. My Mom was a great cook & baker- creating dishes with love and from the heart - I inherited that passion from her

Mini piña colada sourdough loaves are small artisan sourdough breads filled with coconut, coconut cream& dried pineapple. They have a crackly golden crust, a soft chewy crumb, and a lightly sweet, tangy flavor from natural fermentation.

What are they?
