Sourdough Tortillas
Easy to make but requires love & patience!

sourdough starter discard 110g
olive oil 54g
water 80g
all purpose flour 210g
fine salt 6g

-Knead everything together till no dry spots.
-Roll dough into big ball let it rest covered for 30 minutes
-portion dough into 8 equal parts roll into individual balls let rest & cover for another 5-10 minutes
-while dough is resting heat a cast iron to medium high heat
-lightly flour surface & roll out one dough ball thinly into desired shape
-cook on cast iron for 1-1:30 minutes per side
