Our newest Cruffin starts with layers of buttery, flaky croissant dough filled with toasted coconut pastry cream and slow-roasted vanilla pineapple compote. It’s finished with a cloud of whipped vanilla bean ganache, a spoonful of bright passion fruit confit, and a shower of toasted coconut.

Creamy. Buttery. Bright. Tangy. Every bite balances rich vanilla and toasted coconut with the caramelized sweetness of slow-roasted pineapple and the vibrant pop of passion fruit.

Inspired by the flavors we all grew up loving, this cake takes an old-fashioned classic and gets the Twisted treatment.

Layers of rich old-fashioned chocolate cake are topped with silky caramel mousse, roasted peanuts, and clouds of milk chocolate chantilly, then finished with a delicate dip in a thin, crispy chocolate and peanut shell for the perfect snap in every bite.

This Sunday only, we’re dropping three limited Father’s Day specials — rich, savory, and made to celebrate Dad the right way:

🦆 Duck Confit & Pickled Cherry Croissant
Our classic croissant dough filled with Dijon crème fraîche, duck leg confit, pickled cherries, shallot fondue, Gruyère, black pepper honey, and fresh chives. The duck is cured and slow-cooked in its own rendered fat for an incredibly tender, rich, and decadent bite.

🥩 Beef Short Rib Hand Pie
Made with our classic pie dough and filled with slow-braised prime beef short rib, roasted mushrooms, carrots, shallots, and black garlic, all brought together in a deep red wine jus. Comfort food at its finest.

🍫 Dark Chocolate & Hazelnut Praline Kouign Amann
Our house kouign croissant dough baked with dark chocolate truffle and finished with hazelnut praline and candied hazelnuts. Buttery, crisp, and unapologetically indulgent.
