To be included alongside some of the most respected names in pastry — including Dominique Ansel and Antonio Bachour — is truly humbling.

Twisted Croissant began with a simple obsession: to create pastries that are thoughtful, refined, unexpected, and made with care. This recognition is a reflection of our entire team’s dedication, creativity, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

Our Pear, Almond & Honey Tart layers flavor and texture in every bite.
We start with a tender almond sablé crust, fill it with almond frangipane and ripe Bartlett pears, then bake until perfectly golden. It’s finished with silky honey crémeux, a crisp almond wafer, Marcona almonds, diced poached pears, and a drizzle of caramel.
