I’ve always wanted to try making a cartoon-style cake, so I finally gave it a go! 🎂 This one was just for fun on our 7th anniversary, and I had a blast bringing this little slice of cartoon to life! ❤️💙🖤

🙌 I honestly can't get over the rise on these cinnamon rolls! 😍

Gluten-free baking can be a challenge all on its own, and when you add dairy and alpha-gal restrictions to the mix, it takes even more care, patience, and a whole lot of experimenting.

There's a little science behind getting the ingredients to work together, a lot of trial and error, and a whole lot of faith in the process. But moments like this? They're worth it!

At Bake My Day Desserts, my heart is to make sure that people who are often left out of the dessert table have something special to look forward to, too. ❤️

🎉 BIG NEWS for Bake My Day Desserts! 🎉

We have a NEW OVEN! 🥹🩷 And this is about so much more than a new appliance.

This officially makes my kitchen truly gluten-free from top to bottom! No more worrying about years of gluten residue hiding in an oven, and one more step toward making sure the treats I bake are as safe as possible for the people who trust me with their food. 🥰

My goal is to make delicious treats that people with food restrictions don't have to miss out on. Being gluten-free, dairy-free, and alpha-gal safe isn't just a label on my packaging, it's a commitment that goes into the ingredients I choose, the way I bake, and the precautions I take in my kitchen. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who has supported, encouraged, ordered from, and shared my little bakery. Every order and every kind word helps make things like this possible!

A few people reached out because they missed us yesterday or wanted to grab some more, so we’re bringing what’s left back out TODAY!

🚨 Very limited:

• Only 3 blueberry muffins
