If you love cake and supporting your local community, this massive dessert monolith could be yours! The annual cake auction at Great Day in Elk is today (8/28) at 3pm, with all proceeds benefitting the Greenwood Community Center.

Cake insides: midnight chocolate cake, mango-passionfruit cremeux, coffee mousse, chocolate ganache, raspberry buttercream, passionfruit buttercream and almost a CASE of raspberries!

Can anyone guess how much this cake weighed when we put it on the scale? Come below and we’ll give the answer tomorrow morning.

In homage to Evan’s Louisiana roots, we also made two giant King’s cakes with a baby Jesus hiding inside for a lucky finder, and a tower of powdered sugar-dusted beignets, along with berry panna cotta and our magical gluten-free & vegan truffle brownies.
