PK was started to be more than a coffee shop. More than a safe space. It was meant to be a movement.

Over these last three months, there have been highs and lows, wins and losses, lessons and blessings. Through it all, I’ve told so many people that I feel like I’ve grown armor.

Looking back through photos my friend Mikey took, I found this one, and it reminded me of something important: growth rarely looks the way you expect it to. It comes through challenges, tough conversations, long days, and the decision to keep showing up when it would be easier not to.

PK- It’s about community. It’s about purpose. It’s about creating a place where people feel seen, valued, and loved.

As we move into the next few months, I feel called to step forward even more boldly in my truth, my faith, and the vision that started all of this. The mission hasn’t changed—it’s only gotten clearer.

This is bigger than just coffee, folks. Always has been. 🤍☕️

3 Months In.

Three months ago, Promise Keeper Coffee Co. was just trying to unlock its doors. Today, it’s filled with familiar faces, new friendships, countless cups of coffee, and moments that remind me why I started.

We’ve celebrated wins, learned through challenges, laughed a lot, and been supported by an incredible community every step of the way. I have dealt with the ugliness of competitors, non- believers, and the darkness. Only to teach me more about myself and the world around me.

From my amazing staff to every customer who walks through the door, you’ve helped make PK more than a coffee shop—you’ve helped build a home.

Thank you for believing in us, supporting local, and being part of this journey. We’re only 3 months in, and we can’t wait to see what God has in store next.
