If you didn’t know, I’m obsessed with peanuts and chocolate. Give me Reese’s Pieces, hand over peanut clusters from See’s candy, scoop up Ben and Jerry’s peanut butter cup ice cream. I love it all!

So I’m a little obsessed with how these peanut butter cup macarons came out. Sweet and salty peanut buttercream, chocolate dipped shells sprinkled with crushed peanuts, it’s all a match made in heaven.

These will be available this Saturday, February 28th at Movement Gym - Plano, from 10-2pm!

Surprise! One last menu for February!

Have you ever wanted to try climbing? Interested in seeing what Movement Gym has to offer? Then visit Movement Gym - Plano(or any location), this Saturday, February 28th for open house, sponsored by The North Face! Admission is free and you can try climbing, yoga or other fitness classes.

Not only that, but I’ll be on hand with a brand new menu for you all to try! Can’t wait to see y’all!

Lunar New Year is one of my favorite menus to make. I love blending my cultural into flavors that I get to share with all of you. I also love that some of them have turned into customer favorites, like the miso caramel!

These Valentine boxes were a huge hit at my events this past weekend! I had such a fun time using different decorating methods and developing new flavors, including peanut butter cup and red wine chocolate (which you may see again in future menus!).

It’s a flurry of activity over here as I prep for two more large events before month’s end. I’ll try to keep up with behind the scenes footage and some surprise goodies!

I love being a part of helping people celebrate their big days. I especially love when I get to help repeat customers! Not only was I able to help a customer for her baby shower, this past weekend, I was asked to make goodies for baby’s first birthday!

Thanks to hubby for helping with the airbrushing on these super cute pink winter themed macarons!

And we’re off to the races! Starting off the new year with THREE opportunities for goodies in February. So excited for all these Lunar New Year events and to be able to weave my culture into my menu.

If I have time (HA!), there may be some exclusive Valentine’s Day flavor boxes available as well.

This holiday season has been crazy busy, both in and outside of the kitchen. I got to play with some new flavor profiles and created some flavors that have become fast customer favorites(peep how cute the hot chocolate flavor came out!).

So grateful this Thanksgiving weekend for all of you! Over 20 events/markets/pop ups and over a dozen special orders this year! Loved making connections with local businesses and fellow vendors as well as meeting hundreds of amazing customers.

Looking forward to a couple events in December and sharing lots of delicious holiday goodies with you all!

I’ve had such an amazing time creating this year’s holiday menu and I can’t wait to share it with you all. And I have two different opportunities for you to get your hands on some goodies! Come see me in Allen, Saturday December 6th and Plano, Thursday, December 18th!

In addition to this menu, I’ll have event only offerings like cookie grab bags, baking inspired ornaments, mac and cookie bundles (perfect for gifting!) and more!

Themed events are some of my favorite events to do! Loved(and hated!) breaking out some passable artistic skills for these anime themed macarons. Also, Pinterest for the win for finding the simplest cartoon/anime character to transform into macarons 😅
