Final summer menu! I can’t believe how fast the last few months have flown by and school starts next week!

I wanted to do some fun and fresh flavors to round out the summer and there’s a couple new goodies in store at events this month!

So grateful for a summer of special orders! I had the best time making these custom Bridgerton inspired macarons for a birthday party. I love when clients give me full decorative liberties but it is also stressful in wanting to make sure it’s absolutely perfect.

Pearl sprinkles and edible flowers elevated these ordinary macarons to elegant confections worthy to be served in Bridgerton house!

These macs were so fun to make; enrobing actual red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and then drizzling white chocolate before the finishing touches of sprinkles. They are the perfect sweet treat to kick off the week!

I’ve learned over the years the limits to my decorating skills(and the time it takes to do it!) but love being able to create a rainbow box every June.

I also had so much fun leaning into ice cream flavors and whipped up new goodies like rocky road macs and Americone Dream cookies(which I sadly did not get pictures of).

Sometimes I plan what my colors and designs will look like. Other times, I frantically(and chaotically) put things together and hope it looks cohesive 😅

I won’t say which of those methods I used for this last menu for May. But how cute are they?! Once it was all boxed up, I could’t help thinking the pastel colors all together looked like Smarties candy!

Breathing for two minutes to recover from SIX events these past four weeks (my busiest May yet!) and then heading straight into June. And you do NOT want to miss this upcoming menu, it is so fun and has some delicious new flavors I’m so excited to share 🍦

For those who don’t know, I started making macarons years back while hosting a baby shower for my cousin in law, Audrey. One of the flavors she requested at the time was earl grey anything and I happily obliged.

Fast forward 7 years, and in honor of mothers and mother figures everywhere, I present my current version of earl grey macarons; tangy lemon curd, surrounded by tea infused buttercream and topped with an edible flower.

Hello May and one of the busiest months I’ve had in awhile!

I’m bringing in some old favorites and whipping up some new flavors, too. I just finished testing the almond croissant cookie and let me tell you, it’s phenomenal! I will also be running a special Mother’s Day box which will be available exclusively next weekend!

I’ll actually be running a second menu for the last half of the month to help celebrate AAPI month so stayed tuned for some exciting and new Asian inspired flavors!
