Key Lime Season and it’s all about the lime. Sounds obvious doesn’t it? Well, I have spent almost 2 decades in restaurants, and do you want to know how many restaurants squeeze the juice out of the limes? ZERO. They call it key lime pie, but they’re using bottled lime juice. And it’s not even bottled “key lime juice”…not that it would be any better. There’s a reason why Florida natives rave about my pie. We all need someone to trust, and you can trust Charlie. Now, let’s eat!
