Take your corn to the next level with Mexican Street Corn! 🔥🌽

Creamy, cheesy, tangy and just a little spicy — this one is made for summer!

Ingredients:

4 ears of corn
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
½ cup cotija or Parmesan cheese
1 lime
Chili powder
Fresh cilantro

Directions:
Grill corn until lightly charred. Mix mayo and sour cream, then spread over the corn. Sprinkle with cheese and chili powder, squeeze fresh lime over the top, and finish with cilantro.
