And WHAT a morning it has been.
Please be gracious with us today — our pop-up is going to be delayed slightly thanks to one of those mornings where absolutely nothing goes according to plan.
The van died yesterday, so we had to scramble to get another vehicle lined up. We packed everything up, got halfway to the shop… and realized the keys to the shop were still on the OTHER car keys.
So here we are: turning around, grabbing the keys, heading back, and doing our best! 🤣🫠
Honestly, seeing your smiling faces might be exactly what we need to turn this morning around.
We ARE still coming. We ARE still here. And we WILL see you soon.
Thank you for your patience, your grace, and for showing up for us even when the universe clearly decided to test us today.

Prototype for a Lady Cake!
She wasn’t fully set, so you can very clearly hear me swear. 😂
So, I had to repour part of her and reset—which means she’s got a few scars.
But don’t we all? 🖤
She may not be perfect, but honestly… I think the imperfections make her even better.
So excited to start making these more often- stay tuned!!

BISCOFF BABY POPS
Biscoff Baby Pop… with “Baby Bottle Pop” absolutely blasting in our heads while we made these.
Biscoff crème sandwich cookies, dipped in melting chocolate, topped with the cutest little chocolate baby faces and finished with homegrown wildflowers.
Sweet, nostalgic, and just a little ridiculous — exactly how we like it.
They’ll be available TOMORROW at the pop-up, so come grab one before these babies disappear.

Although we may not be the best at filming every step of the process, we’re so excited to finally start sharing everything we’ve been working on behind the scenes!

Will we see you this weekend, Allentown?
Don’t Mind Our Mess is more than a pop-up—it’s a chance to watch Cupcake Pittsburgh come to life.
We’re inviting you into our future brick-and-mortar while it’s still under construction. No polished storefront, no grand opening yet—just a growing business, plenty of hard work, and some really good cupcakes.
Join us Saturday from 12–4 PM for an assortment of sweet treats, place your custom pre-orders, and get a first look at what’s coming.
Our official opening date hasn’t been announced yet, but every purchase, every share, and every bit of support helps us get there sooner.

Another productive day at Cupcake PGH. 🤍
Today was spent touching up paint, bringing in the last of the odds and ends, and making memories with my youngest while getting one step closer to opening our doors. There are still plenty of little projects happening behind the scenes—and, admittedly, a few moments we completely forgot to film.
Every day brings us closer to something we've been working incredibly hard for, and we truly can't wait to welcome you in.

With rain comes the flowers 🖤

These are the bakes I love and the responses to them that I love even more 🖤🖤🖤

I'm thinking of making these "Birthday Boxes" with 4 big Boi cupcakes and a skull cake with homegrown edible flowers a permenant offering.
