Unfortunately we will be closed today.

We came in early to start baking and discovered that our fridge had gone out overnight, causing us to lose all of our dough. We are so sorry for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding.🤍

We will be back open and ready with fresh bakes on Wednesday — see you then!

We had a crazy rush and are officially SOLD OUT of bread for today!

To better accommodate customer demand and serve you more efficiently, we are adjusting our hours!

🗓 New Hours:
Closed Monday & Tuesday
Wednesday – Saturday: 8:00am – 3:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am – 2:00pm

We appreciate your flexibility and continued support as we grow and fine-tune our schedule to best serve our amazing community. 🥖💛

High Country Sourdough is looking to partner with fellow small businesses and cottage food owners! 🤝✨

We truly wouldn’t be where we are today without the support of other local shops that gave us the opportunity to sell our bread in their stores. Now that we have our own space, we would love to provide that same opportunity to others in our community.

We’re especially interested in products that pair well with our bakery items — such as honey, jams/jellies, and other baked goods — but we’re open to connecting with all small businesses!

We are incredibly thankful to Mike and the Pinetop-Lakeside Chamber of Commerce for hosting our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony this past Saturday! ✂️🎉

We are so grateful for all of the Chamber members, our amazing community, and our family and friends who came out to support us. The love and encouragement we felt was truly heartwarming.
