Sorry I’ve been a little quiet over here! Life has been life-ing, but Baking Brighter Days is making its way back to the Bread Shed this weekend!
Starting Friday, I’ll be stocking the shed with goodies and keeping it going until I sell out! Now the fun part… what do you want to see in there?! Breads? Bagels? Cookies? Cinnamon rolls? Something completely different? Throw your ideas at me, I’m feeling brave and I’m up for a challenge!

This week I got to teach middle schoolers how to make bread!

We kneaded some dough, made a giant mess, giggled a bit and I think they learned something!

Turns out I can teach bread! Who knew?! Just out here Baking Brighter Days one loaf, and one flour covered middle schooler at a time!

Teaching how to make bread might just be my new jam! 😂 I literally couldn’t help myself!

LISTENNNN! I am attempting apple c***r donuts for Monday’s Farmers Market at Lock 1, and I made my first test batch today! They’ll be joining my usual lineup of fresh bread, cookies, regular donuts and maybe some cinnamon rolls if I have my life together. If time allows, I’ll sneak in a few extra cookie flavors too! 😂😂

Come see me Monday from 4–8 at Lock 1! I’ve only got a few market Mondays left before the season is over and then you’ll have to get your Baking Brighter Days fix the old fashioned way… actually contacting me and placing an order….The horror!
