There’s something about that warm, spiced cookie butter flavor that makes it almost impossible to stop at one bite—so naturally, we put it in a pound cake!

Our Biscoff Pound Cake is rich, buttery, and moist with that signature Biscoff flavor baked right in. Then we finish it with a smooth cookie butter glaze and plenty of Biscoff cookie crumbles on top.

So, of course, we had to put it in a pound cake!

Warm peaches, buttery cake, and that sweet crumble on top… it’s the kind of dessert that feels like home.

It reminds me of the Southern peach cobbler my Nana used to make—warm, comforting, and always made with love. That’s exactly the feeling I wanted to capture in this cake.

Our Peach Cobbler Pound Cake is everything you love about a classic Southern peach cobbler in pound cake form. It’s buttery and incredibly moist, with peach cobbler filling baked throughout, a layer of buttery crumble in the middle, and finished with more peach cobbler filling, a peach glaze, and an extra sprinkle of crumble on top.

Every slice is a little taste of home, made with love and baked to be shared.
