We’ve never had a problem of letting the students owe if they don’t have enough to pay. They always come back and clear their tab within a couple days. Today was the third reminder she still owed $3.50. It’s been over two months already. Her excuse is she has money but her card doesn’t work. Told her to have the money next time she shows up and then this happens.🖕 🤦‍♂️🤔

Customer placed order via email. We confirmed and made the order. Waited till almost closing time. She answered the phone and immediately hung up on us. Follow up calls and messages unanswered. Wasted our time and supplies. Third time this has happened recently. From now on orders made online or over the phone will require a 50% deposit.

Donut Palace will be open for business tomorrow. Friday 19th. 6AM until sold out. The power is back on but we are working with limited water and bakery supplies. Stay safe and warm y’all! 🍩

Update:
$5 for a dozen mixed donuts last minute special for Friday. We still have plenty of donuts and kolaches left for sale. Will be open this weekend and Monday from 6AM until sold out. The weather is finally warming up y’all!
