Used a different recipe today to make Strawberry biscuits. They are more like scones. Actually I think my self rising flour was old. This is exactly why I do at home tests first with new recipes. They are very good but not my nice fluffy biscuits I usually make. Need to go back to the old recipe!
Look at these beautiful zucchini! Getting ready to grate this up to drain over night. Baking Zucchini bread tomorrow for my taste testers.

Good Monday morning. As we start a new week, we are excited to begin strong. We hope you had a relaxing weekend. This household had a busy weekend. Blessed Kitchen Bakery is organizing a fundraiser this week to support the renovation of our church parking lot. The parking lot requires immediate attention, and all proceeds will be donated towards the renovation. You can contribute to this cause by purchasing baked goods.
The menu includes:
Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Bars 2 for $5, Loaded S'moreos Cookies, 2 for $7 or 6 for $20, *choc chip, choc graham, Oreos, marshmallow
Snickerdoodles $15 per dozen
Lemon Pound Cake $12, add blueberries $14
Small Blueberry Bread $6 each.
Orders are open now through Thursday, 18th
Pickup available Friday & Saturday noon - 5pm.
Payment options Venmo, credit/debit, cash.
