There’s something special about a fresh sourdough boule ♥️

My kids devour them before they ever get a chance to cool down. They love making huge sandwiches, slathering them with butter and just eating plain.

I started baking boules during COVID as a fun hobby, I guess I needed something else to care for in my house 😂🤪. The simple ingredients and the long fermentation time just yield the best bread, my kids ask for them daily so I always bake them two at a time to try and ensure they last the day.

I’ve been baking focaccia like crazy lately! Jeff loves to make sandwiches out of it, the kids love to dip it in oil and spices and I love to just eat it by the chunk 😂
