Hey friends, just a heads up that we’re open today, Memorial Day, until 8 PM!

Stop by for any last-minute treats for your barbecue, gathering, or long weekend dessert table. We have cookies, cakes, cupcakes, custom items, and plenty of goodies ready to go.

And here are a few photos from our own staff barbecue back on Saturday. The rain may have moved us indoors, but we still made it work with good food, good company, and lots of gratitude for the hardworking Homestyle team.

Sweet T’s is in the house today!🎂 Theresa will be set up at the shop from 2pm til about 7pm (give or take—when the cakes sell out, they sell out, and you know they do). Today’s lineup: Chocolate Fudge, Biscoff, Carrot, Banana Pudding, Tres Leches, and Chocolate Mousse.

May is Family Wellness Month, and we can’t think of a better time to spotlight Theresa and her mama Laura. After Theresa’s car accident and the long road back from a traumatic brain injury, Laura was right there—steady, present, pouring love into her daughter every step of the way. Now look at her: running her own cake business, doing the thing. And yes, Theresa still calls Laura on the phone from across the room sometimes…and Laura secretly loves every second of it. She loves having her girl in the shop with her.

Tomorrow is World Goth Day, so naturally we are honoring the real ones: the Twihards who were secretly fangirling over Breaking Dawn in middle school while publicly pretending it was “so cringe.” 🖤🧛‍♂️
