Our very first wedding order is officially in the books! 🥂✨
We might be far from home, but we weren’t going to let a little thing like working out of Grandma’s kitchen without half of my usual baking supplies stop us. 300 mini desserts later, and the table looked absolutely beautiful. Huge thank you to the newlyweds, Noah and Alexis, for trusting us to sweeten up your special day! We love you both so much.
(Note: The gorgeous cheesecakes on the table were done by another talented maker, but the rest of the mini magic is all us!)

VIP assistant of the weekend. My cousin Kyle took “looking the part” very seriously! He was already dressed to impress in his suit and made sure every single mini dessert was perfectly placed. Hire him before his schedule fills up, folks. 🤵‍♂️🧁

The face of a baker who survived a high-stakes, out-of-state wedding prep and loved every second of it! Baking in a different environment always throws a few curveballs, but seeing it all come together makes every late night worth it.

Stop number one on the Oh My Minis family vacation: Miami! 🌴

We rolled into downtown late last night. Even though we’re already Floridians, trading our quiet Parrish nights for the midnight hustle and bustle of Miami was definitely a fun change of pace. You could literally feel the energy of the city right from our hotel room.

But today is what we’ve really been waiting for. Shane, the girls, and I are heading out this morning to officially board our cruise and kick off this trip! I’ll be sharing a bunch of behind-the-scenes of our travels on here, so follow along as we swap out the bakery for the open water for a little while. See you on board! 🛳️🌊

It’s time to pack the bags and press pause! ✈️🏖️🚗

Oh My Minis! is officially heading out on a summer adventure. Through the month of July, I’ll be stepping back from taking on any orders to recharge and spend some much-needed quality time with my family.
We have a beautiful (and busy!) few weeks ahead.

From unplugging on a family cruise, to soaking up the sun and celebrating the Fourth on Anna Maria Island, and eventually heading up to Michigan to celebrate a family wedding, it’s going to be a whirlwind of a month. I am so excited to step back and just be present to make these memories.

Even though the calendar is officially closed for orders, you know I can’t stay away from the oven for too long! I’ll still be popping into the kitchen to play around with some fun, no-pressure flavor experiments, so keep an eye out for those behind-the-scenes moments. I’ll also be taking you all along on our travels!

Thank you all so much for your incredible support lately. Getting to do what I love full-time has been a dream, and having a community that supports taking a breather makes it even better.

I am so excited to announce that I’ll be a vendor at my very first market this week! It feels like a total ‘pinch me’ moment to be officially taking Oh My Minis! out into the community. 🌈✨

The market is this Friday, June 19th, from 5 PM to 9 PM at the Seaire Welcome Center (9411 Carter Rd, Parrish, FL 34221). It’s going to be such a fun night with local vendors, food, and live entertainment! I’d love to see some familiar faces stop by!

Since I want every single mini to be perfect, I’m spending these next few days making sure the Dunk-A-Minis and Frosted Pockets are absolutely dialed in. There is definitely a lot of love (and maybe a little bit of pre-market adrenaline) going into this batch.

A huge thank you to the june collective | pop-up markets + events for organizing this. I’m already counting down the hours until Friday night. Tag a friend you want to bring along for a treat date! I know my vendor date is Oak & Ray Brim Boutique who will also be there!😍

There is just something so incredibly satisfying about the sound of fresh frosting being whipped and those tiny, perfect sprinkles hitting the side of the metal bowl. I could honestly listen to this on loop all day, pure, nostalgic magic in the making for our Dunk-A-Minis. 🥣✨
