Happy Father's Day to all the men out there!

My hubby's favorite breakfast- biscuit and gravy for the win. 🏆

What's your husbands or dads favorite breakfast?

People don't realize how easy biscuits and gravy are!
Biscuits just contain flour, COLD grated butter, baking powder, sugar, salt, and whole milk. The key is- cold butter and not overworking the dough (the hard part). This is the recipe I used. What I love about this lady- she puts her ingredient amounts in the instructions so you don't have to scroll up all the time (the little things).

For the gravy, you simply brown your favorite sausage, then add butter until melted, add some flour and coat the sausage, and brown that a bit and then pour in milk I drip the gravy is thickened. Top with pepper and salt of course 👌🏻

This sourdough sandwich loaf has quickly become one of my favorites. Made with simple ingredients—honey (or sugar), milk, flour, salt, and sourdough starter—and it turns out soft, flavorful, and absolutely delicious every time.

Honestly, it’s become such a staple in our house that I’m officially setting one loaf aside for my family from every batch I make. 🤣 Fresh slices with butter, toast in the morning, sandwiches for lunch… it never lasts long around here! 🍞❤️
