As temperatures drop here in beautiful Panguitch, The Flying Goat Café & Grill is getting ready for our **WINTER GRAB & GO SEASON!**

We'll be packing away the outdoor tables and chairs until warmer weather returns, but don't worry — **we're still firing up the grill, pouring your favorite coffees, and serving up the delicious food you love!** 🍔☕🔥

Its a blustery morning so far; windy and rain. Even our goats are hiding indoors!

We make everything fresh! Today's soups were started at nearly 0100 in the morning, with whole chickens packed with onions and carrots into the oven at 225 (Internal temp of 165f), then shredded about 30 minutes ago!

Zuppa Toscana has a ton of ingredients, caramelizing onions and garlic, then frying bacon and spicy pork sausage, then slicing gold potatoes, then everything into a pot to boil before transferring to a crockpot on LOW. We'll add heavy cream and spinach (instead of Kale) 30 minutes before serving!

Soups will be available starting at 11am today! Limited quantities, so order online!

Zuppa Toscana: $5 for a cup / $8 for a bowl (16oz)
Chicken Noodle: $4 for a cup / $7 for a bowl (16oz)
