My weekly preorder menu is live for this weeks pick up is available to order from as well as the next two pop up. One in Portage WI at the Fall fest on September 12th from 10-2 and Emrick Lake Campground on September 5th starting at 8:30.

I really hope to see you at the events or you take advantage of the preorders. If not my farm stand is always stocked on Fridays for the weekend. We are open 24-7 once stocked.

Ya know I might have been fit to be tied yesterday because I couldn’t open a checking account in any of the surrounding small towns on a Saturday. Apparently, they don’t do that even with the lobby open 🙄.

However, we did stop at another great farm stand in the area and I got the most beautiful bouquet.

Working on some recipes that I want to do some modernization to. They are things I have baked the exact same way since the baby was just a wee one. The first one up is the classic Chocolate Chip Cookie.

Bread dough being made in our new 30 qt mixer. I am in love with this thing. It is making things so much easier. There is a bit of a learning curve but so worth it!

5 dozen English muffins resting in their little rings to rise to bake later today. I accidentally purchase the non standard size. I bought 4” round ones instead of 3”’ones. So ours make great sandwich base and just yummy English muffins there is just more of it LOL. I’m still deciding if I should get the 3 inch rings to so they rise higher and give that extra fluffy or if I’ enjoying having that extra yummy sandwich base.
