Since we are entering the fall season, I just wanted to update you on how ordering from Bema Bakes works🍂

I bake small-batch organic sourdough bread and other items weekly, by pre-order, with pickup between Wisconsin Dells and Oxford. 🍞🍪

Bema Bakes will be open year-round, and any weekends that we won’t be baking will be announced ahead of time.

New items on the menu this week are Apple C***r Donut Focaccia and Orange Cardamom Buns. Both are perfect with a cup of coffee on a crisp September morning (if it ever cools down!). ☕️🍎🍊

Preorders for Labor Day Saturday are open now on Hotplate. I’m not quite ready to say goodbye to summer yet, but there are a couple fall flavors on this menu, the Sourdough Pumpkin Coffee Cake Muffins (which are amazing) and an Apple Pie Sourdough Focaccia.

Starting in September we will have items available for walk-in purchase as well as preorders. More info on that later this week.
